My recommendation and or suggestion is that PE organisations need to have an advisor or advisory panel. That helps to develop a educational plan for all staff. In order to keep them abreast of the market. A panel of previous CEO's or other Executives can be of immense value. This is my personal experience of helping PEs to stay up-to-date and relevant. In addition using Executives with recent partictal knowledge is really important. PEs must avoid using people who are out of touch especially in the areas of technology. One example is that not many Executives understand the capabilites of AI and how this many assist a PE in creating value from existing businesses or from potential acquisitions.

From my knowledge and experience, private equity firms are usually invensting less in training programs, carried out by third parties, so it is key that team leaders stay up-to-date with the news and trends of the markets in which they operate and convey them to their teams.

Learning is a continuous process which can't be stopped and specially in a domain like Private Equity where the market changes rapidly. The PE team should learn about dynamic changes taking place in the market by attending workshops, listening to industry leaders, learning from competitors, newsletters, publications etc. will be a beneficial for change.

Tech or can say AI is one the most advanced thing out there for any domain, for PE it is useful to manage the Limited Partners management, can be used to take effective decisions based on data and Algorithm.
