And would have further problems for the teams. 2. Yes, with diverstity you have to put additional measure to ensure inclusivity. Otherwise it has diverse implact. Neutralize the language barrier. Encougare members to speak freely and openly.. and welcome all ideas. Make a comfortable place for interaction. these would work ou. Its easy to say. however for bigger teams.. gets hard to implement.
