As a person who is in love with teaching, I do like getting in touch with students first and then start transferring my knowledge. I believe the key to a successful teaching is to put yourself in a student position and try to look from his/her point of view.

In my experience , as an art entrepreneur ,I would definitely share my knowledge on how I stared the business and how I had evolved from being an artist to a writer . I would share my journey on how I focused on Art and my branding . Sharing real life events would be a great way to motivate and encourage learning to others.

I want to replicate it using technology to benefit the maximum possible people and change their present and future for the good. Also, will keep the deprived sections including women and children from tribal and remotest areas in my to-do list to keep the balance and not let anyone miss the opportunity just because of financial incapacity.

You can model it; invite teachers in to watch; team teach; observe each other; collaborate, discuss, learn from each others’ strengths and ideas; all have unique qualities and perspectives, to offer, experience and expertise to share and pass on .. . Hands on approaches, paired with ‘doing’ has always worked well as a motivating force in my experience ??

Workshops are a way to improve in my professional growth as well as reinforce my knowledge. Workshops also serve as professional development which will give me the opportunity to showcase my authority in my field, hence creating more opportunities for others to benefit. Workshops will also give me opportunity to get feedback and reviews on my methodology in passing on knowledge, that way I can improve on areas of weakness and become excellent.

If my expertise could benefit others,it means i am doing well and because it could benefit,i need to share with them through workshops, sensitizations, campaigns,capacity building, trainings. Training of Trainers( TOT) is another device that could be helpful,this will multiply the number of beneficiaries. Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E) should be employed to measure the weakness and strength of the workshops trainings,campaigns and other forms of communication that can benefit others. Feedbacks and Reviews is a rewarding way of sustainable plans too
