Sustainability is attainable if it itself becomes simple, so having complex delegations in sustainable design project won't work for long term. We need to break it up into small bits and try to make it simple. It won't happen instantly or in one go instead it will take multiple iterations but its achievable. Once you can untangle the complex delegations into simple ones by adapting and improving the process, the project only then becomes sustainable. Making roles and responsibilities clearer, setting up achievable goals and making communication easy is the key.
