Todo este asunto parece baladí, pero no lo es. Yo lo vivo diariamente. No me refiero a que un proyecto falle por problemas de comunicación, pero sí a medir cada palabra y definición en las acciones que llevamos a cabo en la empresa. La semántica lo es todo, el medio de comunicación también, claro, pero las palabras a utilizar, cuándo utilizarlas y el modo de utilizarlas son parte de la clave. Existen definiciones muy diferentes para expresar lo mismo. Muchas veces depende de normas, reportes, estándares. Otras veces depende de tu capacidad de llegar al 'otro'. Hay que tener en cuenta que gran parte de la literatura y las acciones son nuevas. Ojo con esto.

En estos casos hay que acudir a las personas que llevan las redes sociales, comunicación ??, etc. Y explicar bien la diferencia en los términos para que no vuelva a ocurrir. La sostenibilidad y el medio ambiente si no se explican bien serán mal entendidas y pueden llegar a percibirse como el enemigo. Además, otra cosa que se puede hacer es acudir a empresas de marketing especializadas en el sector, que las hay. Todo depende de nuestros recursos y de nuestra actividad.
