Once it gets to the point where the words untrustworthy and uncollaborative come into play with any supplier it is absolutely time to diversify and search for a new source. If you don't take care of your customers, your competitors will! After one or two orders that the untrustworthy supplier notices did not come in, they should start to wonder what went wrong.
