What do you do if your superiors are not recognizing your achievements and contributions?

I outline my team and my achievements in weekly, quarterly and annual reporting. I also outline successful cross functional achievements with other teams and partners and significant contributions outside the organisation. I used to assume that people would simply "notice" hard work and achievements, but learned that often senior people are often distracted by emergencies and putting out fires and often don't have the capacity to see all the good work going on. If you don't highlight your teams and your own achievements, who will?

Mahatma Gandhi & Nelson Mandela are no more here to guide people on perception of humanity but learn the lessons from their life. My advice to ignore such thought process of discrimination as it's not worth to let such feeling block your mindset to make you lose passion and confidence. Just continue to do well consistently to keep your mindset positive and productive to serve the core of your own self with assertive communication. Think like a great player, who challenge themselves to live up to their own expectation and work hard consistently to be hero. Considero que; los logros hablan por si solos. Ademas, si no reconocen los logros los superiores, se demuestra la poca capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Creo que las tecnicas de Mejora continua logran que un lider, Obtenga mayor sensibilizacion de la Gestion de mejora continua, donde se aprende a trabajar en equipo y se celebran los reconocimientos y logros de tu equipo.

i will like to give my faithful respect to all, here i am going to give a very simple and short answer and hope everyone happy to hear this, if my senior or superior has no response about my grow thing project, then i will never waste my time and i will go to search for the company who real need the performance and ability, and creativity for which i remain grateful to them.

The key is to be constructive in the communication ensuring you are recognized as a valuable contributor who is committed to the team.

Volunteering for the tasks that other people will not do is a sure way to be seen, especially if these efforts move the organization forward.

If you are not valued they way you deduce once you have analized your performance on an objetive way there is only one way, look for another company to fight for.
