Be a good listener 2. Take feedbacks positively 3. Avoid Interjecting 4. Post feedback, actions should have realistic outcomes

Expectations is very important when we work specially with technologies, if you work under a manager , is very important to hear your feedback about your work or your work results. If you are a defensive person, probably will not hear negative comments of tour work or work posture, that not contribute to relation even with your colleagues. Sometimes had a feeling that your job could be even better if you change something or add new perspectives in your work will help to improve even more your carer, and search for comments or analysis of your superiors is very important in those ways.
