Once they understand a bit more about how it works, they can start practising in different scenarios. This could be in role plays or doing a short piece of theatre where they get feedback from the teacher; it can also be invaluable for learners to give each other feedback.

You can do this by setting clear expectations, rules, and goals for your students, and by providing them with a safe, comfortable, and supportive space.
