I just spent 2 1/2 years studying the fastest-growing companies in the Inc. 5000. They all doubled revenues every year for at least 4 years running. From the outside looking in, one would think that they are without any failure. The truth is very different. They all faced significant setbacks, failed to nail their customer value proposition, had product launch failures, and nearly ran out of money. But they always persisted and had the grit, resilience, and self-awareness to set back, learn from the situation, and then push forward. You can do this!
