You’ve tapped into a network of people that can save you thousands of dollars in areas that take thousands of dollars away from your most important assets: Your students. You can now pump those dollars you saved back into those that impact students directly

First and foremost, identify the exact resources and support you believe is lacking Then take a poll of your fellow peers. Do they feel the same? Different? Find common ground and present that to your administration. Go into this knowing you lonely won’t get everything you need But if you can walk away with one new piece of support or resource?
