What do you do if your Robotics engineers are underperforming?

If my robotics engineers are underperforming, I first assess the root causes through open dialogue and constructive feedback sessions. When I start my work on side.i meet my engineer discuss about the work in detail and begin to start my activity.during the work on side I evaluate that my engineer ,s skill and knowlage if I get something going rang or engineer feeling problem in getting proper decision or struggling.i help him how much I can do or give him suggestion to discuss with export person.through this way we can encrease our knowlage and skills and get the Target

In working it is important to set a goal to finish the job on time. It makes us punctual and help us in getting our target, progress our efficiency of work progress.sometime goal define our skill of workforce .

In the work it is necessary to provide the daily progress of work to my engineer.if any problem come to face ,I discuss it with my seniors and try to get the solution through this strategy I increase my skill and knowlage and get ready for farther trouble shouting and changenge
