I am retired and live an active life, 7:00AM to 11:00PM most days. A good starting point is Peter Drucker's "Managing oneself." One should think of retirement as a transition to another phase of life. Crossing over a bridge to begin another adventure. Become a lifelong learner. Develop new skills or passions. If not fit, join a gym, lift weights, go on hikes, spend greater time with nature one will appreciate this change from eight hours a day in an office. Join organizations with similar interest. And build a social network of people with creative minds, leaders in the their field, self starters. Learn to dance, travel, become a writer... Send a message if anyone would like more ideas. Grow old, strong and wise!

Consider how you might grow and change, with new friends, hobbies, or even a new business that could add substantially to your retirement income. By looking at all your options, you′ll inject creativity into your process!

AI is a reality that is moving into all aspects of life. The present version of AI (or advanced ML) is as bad as it will be. It can only improve from this time forward. I recommend to take various classes of AI, experiment and test ideas. It is not perfect but it is the way of the future.

Social networks existed before digital social media. Social networks can be created for good of bad. Creating a positive social network is necessary for mental and physical health regardless of age. When meeting new people of joining an organization think of the values, and how they align with positive ideas. Join organizations of creative and dynamic thinkers, people motivated to make the World a better place.

Health is a lifelong issue. Living a healthy lifestyle is necessary to be physically and mentally strong. Aerobic exercise is good, but weight lifting is what keep muscles strong into old age. Regarding diet, weight loss, is 80% diet, 20% exercise.
