There are definitely ways you can begin to hide this on your résumé by specific bullets that address times you’ve taken risk. Learning from failure, Ward dominantly be an in person or virtual conversation you have when you’re being interviewed. It’s definitely very important that you understand your failures, why you failed, what you learned from it, and what you will do because of it.
