In my experience if your proposed solutions to workplace failure are not being received very well; and you fear they will be rejected all together, it may not be the end of the world. I have found that it can typically be the delivery of the change in policy or placing emphasis on the wrong item so as not to keep their attention or interest that can cause employees to not engage in policy change. if you can revamp approach and structure and the delivery differently in a more positive way that brings out a more interactive discussion amongst the employees- that would 1. Feel more involved and 2. the outcome would Also be the same.
