A powerful way will be for them to give the feedback anonymously if they feel shy or intimidated to do it infront of the boss or other colleagues. Secondly with that input run a reflective session that will enable them to exchange ideas. Have an idea board to track the suggestions and implement what can be done asap so it builds their trust.

An example will be to run a POC or proof of concept with the Team. Perhaps a one month subscription to make sure all are comfortable. Also process and controls imposed for the team only to use the tool. These two will definitely help.
