Clear Goals.. What is a difference between long term goal and short term goal? The work which have to completed in less than 1 year is a short term goal and which takes more 1 year is long term goal. Remote work is nowadays a common word which we listen and almost 50% employees are working from home and managing the team members is kind a difficult but If we incorporate AI tools we can achieve it. On a regular basis explain the team members what they have to achieve and what is Company is expecting them to achieve. The Goals which you are giving should be achieved..it implies if you give the Goals which they can't achieve there is no point of giving them work. Set the goals Accordingly so that team members can achieve it.

Virtual Bonding? Before covid the environment of office is filled with chairs and employees working and taking coffee breaks, meetings with team members but post covid everything is changed up side down and many of the employees are working from home. Is it possible to create Virtual Bonding? The answer is yes we have AI tools and if we implement them it will work Ai tools like brainstorming ideas, team building games and simulation games helps employees to be engaged in the work and once the employee engagement is increased regardless of the place they are working they will give their best to work. Frequently conduct zoom or Google meetings and sometimes conduct one -one conversation and ask if they are facing any problems.

Recognition and Rewards? Employees require more recognition and rewards when they are working from home On a regular basis conduct meetings and name the meeting like "Kings and Queens of this month"...this meeting is only for appreciating them for their work they contributed. Give them the both monetary and non monetary rewards Bonuses will make them happy and every time money won't help..appreciate them In front of everyone and make them feel proud of them and have faith in their own self. Once they have self confidence they will give 100 and 10% to the work they are doing. Conduct counseling meetings so that if they are facing any issues those will be sorted out.
