In my experience, it’s a good time to check in with the remote team members to ensure they feel connected to the work. Do they understand why they are doing things ( clear vision and mission), do they have the tools and knowledge to complete the tasks assigned, do they feel a connection with at least one activity they are working on, and do they feel supported and heard. Spend time building trust and listening to their needs.
