Adapt yourself and work to his circumstances. Assign him works that doesn't need continuous or frequent follow-ups and the one he can complete by himself. For example activities like line balancing, MOST study, VSM can be done from remote location easily with availability of images/videos and some data, also requires less to no follow-ups for the same
