There are many ways to face problems but some things that help me are: - Break the problem down into smaller problems. - Acknowledge what you can control and act on it, also, acknowledge what you can not control and avoid losing time, energy, on worrying on this. - Write every morning what the 3 must-do tasks are. Priorities give you clarity and also bandwidth to be able to deal with the un-planned. - Use your network: Chances are you are not the first one to face this problem. Ask your contacts in the industry and learn from them!
