If spending on tools is not a problem go with UiPath Test Suite , it pretty much cover all breadths and deapths of testing. Upskilling is quite easy and easy to implement in quick time which will also comes with greater ROI in a long run. However, if spending on tools is the primary concern there are plenty of open source options available that may comes with its own disadvantages and it may take forever to develop solutions. The tools should be able to debug options and clear error description to fastly tackle the issue. Not fully depending on continious reviews because it wastes time of people. Adding it to build daily through tools like jenkins will be efficient.
