What do you do if your project's contract lacks quality control and deliverables?

-As a buyer, insist on knowing the deliverables and delivery schedule. -Specifications create certainty and avoid disputes over quality. -When your contract omits them, insist on what you need anyway. Sooner rather than later.

Risk assessment is fundamental task before every Contract signing. If you find any missing performance parameter / deliverable, then re-do the risk assessment for such deficiency. If risk is very high in terms of financial / Company image / Safety / regulatory aspects, then take up the matter with your management and propose for re-negotiating the Contract.
