Obviously a replacement or additional support . Example if a project manager who is responsible for overseeing the installation of solar panels at multiple sites. However, despite repeated attempts to address performance issues, the project manager continues to miss deadlines, overlook quality standards, and fail to effectively communicate with stakeholders. In such cases identify the area where he is failing ,set targets to him and check as last resort , check whether he can improve , identify his replacement options ,make a transition plan , implement replacement,support new person . By the plan B in organizations can minimize risks, safeguard project outcomes, and maintain momentum towards achieving project objectives

The best thing is to have a clear communication of the info that has the real importance in all sense if so then the manager must understand the lackness he had in his work while completing a task the way he ought to.
