Promote collaborative environment where team can share their experiences & support each other in navigating change. Ensure their goals & objectives are aligned with need for adaptability & actively address any obstacles.

Robust Change Management process should be implemented which help is keep all the stakeholders aware about th changes, potential benefits, timelinesnand addresses the training need of individuals or team.
