What do you do if your professional network needs expanding as an Educational Leader?

There are two things I do consistently outside of my work place to grow my professional network to connect with other educators. 1. By Sharing best practice examples to other educators who hold similar values and are able to take away something from my experience. 2. By hosting or attending educational conferences to bolster my areas of expertise and connect with other leaders and educators who are in a similar role.

As an educator, I make it a priority to establish connections with fellow teachers and foster a professional relationship with them. To become Educational leader is a process . First we must know who we truly are, we must know our divine Nature and we must think, speak and act as Sovereign living Beings .
