si no se tienen alertas tempranas a través de métricas de seguimiento en términos de costos de producción, ahí ya tenemos un punto importante que atacar. Evidentemente un costo disparado es mas que claro indicador que algo no esta bien, veamos si este costo corresponde a materias primas, CIF o mano de obra directa y desde allí direccionemos los planes de contingencia para volver a encausar el tema. El mensaje es: no salgamos atacar todos los frentes sin tener claridad de donde esta la desviación de lo contrario podemos aumentar el problema y la idea es contener y ajustar para posteriormente con análisis de causa ver que sucedió y como mitigamos esa situación hacia futuro.
