Optimizing each processes for the ramp up is essential because many processes might need different considerations for a higher output/efficiency. Check if all the necessity for mass production is completed, i.e., failure catalogues, FMEA, OCAP, etc. Also check the possibilities and cost to run the process in batch tools.
