This is typical case when your RPA team matures and several years into similar business processes. Few immediate and interesting things which can be done, which we did for our team in the past: 1. Hackathon or Robothon, in collaboration with different team and people with an aim to build a unique RPA solution. Outcome - This will help your team to talk with other folks whom they generally dont collaborate on day to day basis. 2. Roadshows to promote Top Ideas - We have created a platform for our team to showcase the unique solutions to present to CXO group. This gives them a chance to showcase their skills which intern increase their creativity while designing a solution. 3. Create Lunch & Learn groups to discuss unique solutions

I could be wrong but I feel Creativity is a core skill and very difficult to teach. Hence including creative members in the team who will drive this perspective and encourage others to participate and contribute in the initiatives more effectively.
