Focus on intense training in the areas that address the underlining operations to troubleshoot. Gain a clear understanding of the operation and the variations that could cause errors understanding the complex relationships between functional nature of different components or equipment. The primary objective to improve your troubleshooting skills is to understand the full nature of the process sometime that’s overwhelming, but it is necessary for you to be able to focus attention in the directions that it needs to be to address and find the underlining problem. Two basic questions is it design, which is or is it physical, which is part and part mechanics.. it’s just software and automation hardware feedback
