In my POV??, accepting and moving on from an evaluation of individual performance as a manufacturing engineer is essential for maintaining professionalism and for mental piece, rather than thinking about recognition it’s good to focusing on improvement, avoiding negative emotions, building resilience, fostering a growth mindset, maintaining relationships, and setting future goals. By embracing feedback as a tool for growth and development, individuals can continue to excel in their roles and achieve their career objectives.
