We should honestly MOT ourselves on a regular basis and constantly strive for improvement (not perfection). Everyone can learn new skills and improve themselves and the skills they have because as humans that what we do and should do. And there are always things to tweak and learn. Assess where you are and any, clashes or misunderstandings that you may have experienced. This is a good starting point for reflection and thinking about what could have been done differently in that situation. That reflection should give you a start point on what you need to learn to change things next time you are in a similar situation and what you need to learn. You should do this regularly.
