At one of my previous companies, I had to create a Performance Management process from scratch. As part of the rollout of the program, I trained all of the managers who would be conducting the performance review conversations on the process, as well as how to provide constructive feedback. Not every manager had experience giving feedback, so having some guidance in that regard proved to be helpful.
