Você só vai colher um bom feedback se souber ouvir e reconhecer de fato o que esta sendo dito, essa para mim é uma grande base do aprendizado no processo do feedback. A habilidade de inteligência emocional é uma grande for?a para o processo de desenvolvimento. Entendendo como se sente diante da situa??o, o profissional se permite ser vulnerável e aprender. O olhar de fora é importante para apresentar comportamentos que muitas vezes n?o percebemos, mas a mudan?a só irá acontecer se quem precisa mudar reconhecer essa necessidade e estar disposto a lidar com o desconforto do processo.

Receber feedback durante o processo de desenvolvimento é fundamental, principalmente se for estratégico e ouvir as pessoas certas. N?o é qualquer feedback, mas sim das pessoas envolvidas no processo, especialistas técnicos que podem ajudar a olhar os comportamentos com maior critério, respeitar o tempo da mudan?a evitando a press?o por rapidez excessiva ou procrastina??o. Uma parte fundamental do processo de aprendizado é a execu??o, colocar em pratica , aprender com a experiencia , ajustar se necessário e manter esse ciclo de aprendizado continuo. Tornando-se mais resistentes e abertos as desafios ,quanto mais pratico o desconforto de tentar coisas novas, mais resiliente e aberto aos desafios eu me torno.
