Take a step back and Change your direction Sometimes it's not about your skills, your experience, your vision, your loyalty to the team or company. Before everything ask yourself these questions "Am I ready for this promotion? Am I ready for more responsibilities on my job? How different am I compared to other candidates who are aiming for the same promotion?". If you are confident with your answers, then change your environment. Remember, your career path is dynamic. Sometimes, a change in direction leads to greater opportunities. Seek a management team that recognizes and values your worth! ??

Build your vision and mission,identify the network,prepare for connections, be open, honest, and genuinely engaged ,build interpersonal relationships by gathering in conferences, workshops,keeping in contact by developing relationships over time that is mutually beneficial and aid you,communication with decision makers,enhance networking,determine your influence by determine your goals and what you want to achieve,communication with decision makers,enhance networking,following up,being optimistic and keeping positive attitudes,improve your internet software using skills,don’t expectations from others it’s better to focus on own abilities,get feedback.
