As a result of this, you are the person setting the benchmarks for your own progress and success in your role, especially for KPIs and KRAs that can't be quantified. The way around is to reflect often by quantifying the unquantifiable. For example, number of networking one on one lunches/dinner you did in a month, same for networking events, referrals/client testimonials received in a month. For your personal growth and progress track and reflect and fine tune your strategy. This would help two-fold, one, to continuously grow and second, to get back on the BD wagon if you fall off due to other commitments.
