BATNA is one of the most use methods at Negotiations. Fix a min. target, max. target and a realistic target. Without targets, no chance to achieve the targets. BATNA is coming out of the Harvard Concept and is also used by my Team. As also in other blogs commented, the Preparation is the key of the success (5P).
