A partir de aquí, la alineación de expectativas, valores y manifestación de objetivos será clave para sintonizar al equipo hacia una meta clara. Cada integrante debe tener la libertad de poder manifestar su autenticidad para desplegar su máximo potencial entendiendo que hay un compromiso que transciende al él como individuo.

Trabajar la comunicación transparente, abierta y clara es muy necesario, pero encuentro otro aspecto necesario es el tiempo y el lugar para los encuentros auténticos, casuales, descontracturados, sin deadlines ni agendas. Conversaciones espontáneas que dada la experiencia científica, son más constructivas y eficaces que las burocráticas. Abrirse a esta “no estructura” ( yo creo que siempre hay estructura, psicológicamente hablando) puede generar vértigo, pero la evidencia experimental es un hecho y las organizaciones tienen que flexibilizarse ante esta posibilidad.

En mi trabajo diario con equipos y las fricciones o dolores inherentes al los equipos de personas, puedo ver la diferencia entre un liderazgo que aporta un valor constructivo al conflicto o uno que se estanca en los obstáculos, promoviendo conductas hostiles, de subestimación, resignación,hostigamiento, manipulación o negación. Estos dos escenarios determinan la resiliencia del grupo, la confianza, la creatividad para la resolución de conflictos o en el otro lado del escenario, la batalla hasta la destrucción del sistema. Liderazgos conscientes, empaticos y flexibles son necesidad imperativa para la sostenibilidad de las funciones.

El sentimiento de pertenencia no es algo que se puede inculcar de afuera hacia adentro; el sentimiento que acompa?a al de pertenencia no se aprende en talleres aislados. Este sentido de pertenencia va asociado al de responsabilidad, la cual se percibe a raíz de cierta autonomía en la toma de decisiones y confianza psicológica dada por el entorno. El trabajo sobre la cultura y las iniciativas Top-down son fundamentales para vivir estos valores desde adentro y encontrar la auténtica sensación de ser parte de un sistema con el que tengo un compromiso y que confía en mi.
