Let's define THINK OUT OF THE BOX in a way that is specific and measurable to avoid subjective opinions or differences between styles. Innovation is a creative process, open to intuition and detours but it also needs a process and clear partial and final KPIs. Otherwise it can take forever. With clear KPIs is more feasible to track progress and provide clear feedback.
