It's a competitive market out there for top ML talent. In my current and previous companies I have seen some challenges in attracting and retaining folks. I think a 2 things are very important. First, we need to make sure our projects are interesting and impactful. Stagnant work with outdated tech won't attract the best. Second, invest in our team's growth is very important.
