Understanding the "AS IS" state of our business and conducting a thorough assessment of our current lean manufacturing processes are crucial steps before scaling our business. By assessing capacity and capability we can make informed decisions about how much to scale and how to allocate resources effectively. This may require hiring of more resources, training of manpower, investment in technology and infrastructure, implementing better systems and processes, automating certain processes and even outsourcing of some operations. This proactive approach ensures that we can meet increased demand without overburdening our resources or sacrificing quality, setting the stage for successful and sustainable growth.
