In my opinion there is no harm to find away to get new innovative ideas from the team and not only form the leader. Innovative ideas they often flourish after group discussion and thinking synergy. To forge the idea with a specific expertise, if not present in the company, it will be more efficient to get it from outside.

Whilst it's good to assess every situation one finds oneself in, providing an open train of thought that is concise and clear certainly helps leaders in decision-making. A great leader is constantly communicating with their team and using their expertise; by keeping one's assessments to themselves, they don't keep open a line of communication that could help everyone.

Talking to those who could be seen as lowest on the pay scale can usually offer the best insights that many rarely see. They are the eyes and ears of your departments and know so much more than people think. The gossip, the history, what works what doesn’t, what motivates, what hinders. Find these people and ask them what they think. They should be involved in trying to understand what you’re walking into.

Having the feeling of being supported can be a catalyst for something greater. Appreciate their efforts and input and also the desire to achieve the desired goals. Support with your kind words. If you must correct, oppose or give feedback, do it from a place of love and Compassion and not just to prove a point that you are right.

A leader isn't suddenly no longer a leader if they don't lead in every situation; a great team plays on people's strengths. Its not easy to offer a support without collaborating with senior management or Leaders, it throws us into unnecessary situations. To start with, 1) initially, explain the possible outcomes by the newly available technology or innovation. 2) Discuss the implementation problems or any difficulties to do so 3) always have the positive mindset even the leaders criticise you or your way of thinking 4) work on their comments after carefully analysing them and approach them with any simpler solution or modified version of idea. 5) try on their shoes and think what could be reason of comments passed by leaders or managers 6) Last but not least, do not forget to take criticism positively.

Actually I disagree with the view, rather than hiring someone one should work on their own repeatedly to get that targeted thing achieved, Hiring someone will fulfill my purpose for a short term there's no longer a way path which one should be fixing. To make my own things done I'll never work on others I'll work on myself to make more and more people get connected and think about the same, that they can do this alone very well. I think the best approach for me is to be direct in a non-threatening supportive manner. I have had this experience and I basically indicated that together we could all help move the team/company forward by brainstorming new ideas/options and that we can also review/provide input on ideas before and during implementation to troubleshoot or even to redirect. I have found that this approach was well-received, and it helped to foster trust and support for all the innovative ideas and programs that we needed.
