Segun mi experiencia laboral y despues de haber tenido entrevistas de trabajo exitosas y otras no tanto, lo primero es recordar con bastante precision los detalles y cada pregunta hecha y constestada, debo detectar donde hubo la debilidad y/o la fortaleza de cada respuesta. En la mayoria de las entrevistas uno puede concluir con relativa facilidad donde estuvo la debilidad o desviación, obviamente en casa y con la mente mas fresca. Es posible que tenga que escribir como debio haber sido la respuesta mas exitosa y alli evaluar mis habilidades como comunicador, para ser efectiva la respuesta en otras posiblesy futuras entrevistas. Otra cosa de ser posible y una vez que determinas que la entrevista no fue acertada, es buscar retroalimentacion.
