What do you do if your interviewers don't ask about your skills and experience?

If Interviewers don't ask about your skills and experience, it's OK may be he or she already have gone through the resume thoroughly and probably reference checked with your previous employer has already done and is keen to hire you. But still if you feel awkard try to quote your experience and skills by yourself during the conversation, that may work.

How does your current team approach this?” Etc Especially if your strengths are not covered in detail during the interview, this is a “last ditch” way to bring them to the interviewers attention!

Interviewers don’t always know what to ask to draw out the information you may feel is most relevant (about you). Give them an assist, and find a way to appropriately insert it into your responses (without dragging on and over sharing). If they don’t ask about a skill or quality that you believe makes you an advantageous candidate, enlighten them.

Consider asking them what success in the position you are interviewing for looks like. Follow up with your skills and abilities and how they are consistent with the success factors they articulated.
