Document anything and everything that you work upon. You can use JIRAs, or Google Docs to ensure you have them noted as much as you do the works. These will speak a lot as you graduate from the internship. Even after you graduate, these will be the proof of what you've done there. Just ensure you document the publicly sharable details, and not the confidential ones.
