Not receiving an offer can be result of many factors, and not all maybe linked to your performance. Nevertheless, reflect back on your journey; what were you already good at, what did you pick up on the job and whether any gaps exist between your skill set and professionals already in a role you’re targeting.

In my own experience, I have been volunteering at lots of public and governmental events, from screening to school children to raising awareness in Police HQ and lots of dental and educational events, Volunteering is the essence of good that reflects good vibes and spread of benefits.
