Most, if not all, ERPs have vast functionalities. Many times, while working in said software, one becomes very specialized by the day to day activities or by design by upper management. The trick to stand out is to be adaptable by showing initiative in learning and practicing in other modules. For example, you might be an expert in planning and usually work related to said module is assigned automatically to you. In parallel, you see that major changes will occur in the procurement module. The path there would be to mention to your supervisor and/or the person in charge of said module that you would like to help with the module. With this, your knowledge will increase and become more adaptable with every opportunity of this kind.
