What do you do if your infrastructure is vulnerable to natural disasters?

To start any work, whether industrial or academic, we must first have a good understanding of this issue, then we can form a specialized group where everyone in this group is an expert in a field and the goal of a group is clear and everyone has a good focus on it together, creativity and Success happens when everyone does their job well. Leadership and management are important, but the efficiency and productivity of employees is equally important.

1.Risk assessment should include study to avert cost associated with immediate catastrophes to the risk assessment, to ""set aside certain amount"" by guaranteed insurance company or self, always ensure a double amount at the start of the project by thumb rule using all financial tools available including labor & equipment insurance for risks during project approved by multiple parties.

Understanding the specific threats that natural disasters pose to your infrastructure is the foundation of any risk mitigation plan. You must identify which types of natural events are most likely to occur in your area, be it floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or others. This involves analyzing historical data, weather patterns, and geological surveys. Once you know the risks, you can prioritize which aspects of your infrastructure require immediate attention and which can be addressed over time.

2. Resilient design schematics, hardware criteria & matrix can be evaluated and approved by the appointing party or client for detail study ASAP in at the end of design phase or material selection stage of design, which not only includes earthquake flexible designs & redundancy critical systems, fire & pressurization systems, cathodic protection system, but also the hardware like computerized preventive Maintenace system, which shall adhere to the ""LATEST STANTARDS APPROVED BY THE APPOINTING PARTY"" for the resilient design.

3.EVACUATION POINT & SAFETY DEPARTMENT along with safety plan, risk assessment matrix, permit to work, safety policy &hazard strategy control including safe manhour record can be used during project phase as an emergency planning measure, OTHER THAN "LOCALIZED EMERGENCY ALARM SYSTEMS, A 'RECORD" of incoming & outgoing persons with contacts can be stored by security personals in case of emergency so FIRE & SAFETY PEOPLE CAN CONTACT OR SEND GROUP SMS/ constant continuing vibrating ring call TO THE AREA OF CONTAMINATION so as to reach evacuation point in time where their feedback can be collected for OTHER RESCUE OPERATIONS.

7.FIRE & SAFETY GOVT PORTAL FOR STORAGE OF INFRASTRUCTURE HISTORY & CONTACT WING INFORMATION SHOULD BE PASTED INSIDE ANY INFRASTUCTURE BY FORCE TO UNDERSTAND CONDUCT TO EMPLOYEES, THAT WORKERS ARE NOT THROWN INTO BOILERS AND SUCH DUE TO VOICING/ WISTLE BLOWING AGAINST UNSAFE/ NON-ETHICAL PRACTICES IN THESE PROJECTS which should immediately take to court by the govt department (2 organization-court & fire dept as witness) & history stored, to be considered for govt reliefs as in POINT 5.POLICY ADVOCACY & LOBBYING FOR GOVT RELIEF, which shall proceed only after payment of penalty of malpractices & end of aforesaid category of court cases.
