Iteration should always be a central and expected part of reaching an informed compromise. It also is ideally something for which the key stakeholders are continually involved. Hopefully they were part of a discovery process earlier in the project, but inevitably revisions will be needed. Once the need is identified I recommend: - Cart sorting exercises - Updated visual representations - If warranted, an in-person workshop to insure the best balance is reached.

El choque suele ocurrir cuando la UX no está funcionando, lo que provoca altos índices de rebote, abandono, etc. También puede suceder cuando el producto ha crecido desde el desarrollo o lo usa un perfil de usuario distinto. Lo más importante es recopilar la mayor cantidad de datos para validar o refutar los hallazgos. Debemos analizar el mercado, ajustar y priorizar los perfiles de usuario. Luego, evaluar el costo-beneficio del cambio, su impacto en el negocio, la arquitectura de datos y la infraestructura. Hazlo rápido y bien, controla los cambios, y ten en cuenta que, si no lo hiciste bien, deberás hacer un rollback. Pero bajo ninguna circunstancia lo hagas por la presión de cualquier stakeholder. Si lo haces, fracasarás.
