As a founder when I am listening to an idea of an employee, I find it useful when it's first written down on a Google doc or a Notion doc. I really appreciate when the idea is accompanied by clearly outlined next steps. It's especially helpful when a smaller, easily executable version of it is provided for evaluation.

Build it (Prototype) and showcase it. If the idea is genuinely worth the selection and one is passionate about it then building it & showing it - It will enable showing it to stakeholder for further approvals and adoption. It will also enable in uncovering if there would have been any gaps in ideation to prototype.
