This is the basis! Not always easy as you know….. based on your experience and instinct and on lessons- learnt and…… bla-bla-bla ……you are right! :-) In the art of convincing and involving, never show the aim and……step back to the stage before: sharing. When you share, maybe not everything is then going to be exactly as you proposed but….. you’ll share also the responsibility of outcomes……and the interest of revising and correcting. Even better if everyone’s proposal and/or objection is registered and shared……sort of STRATEGICAL SHARING ( and better doing)

Estructurar las ideas de manera que las otras personas puedan comprender es fundamental, pues es un error asumir que las otras personas interpretan los acontecimientos de la misma y con la misma lógica. En estos casos es recomendable buscar ejemplos de situaciones comunes para explicar como un símil aquella información nueva y desconocida para asegurar su comprensión. Otra recomendación pedir a quienes escuchan su interpretación de esa información recibida e ir aclarando aquello que quizas no quedo claro.
